The Goresky Farm is on Road 78 N in Stonewall Manitoba.

Tents will be set up on the farm but some activities will be outside.
Dress is very casual.  Wear pants for the cool evenings.
There are mosquitoes!  Bring repellant.

18:00-22:00 Registration (Meet and Greet)

18:00 – 22:00 finger foods, snacks (NO SIT DOWN MEAL FRIDAY NIGHT)

20:00 MC brief welcome and introductions

 

Saturday July 30:

8:30-10:30am  Pancake Breakfast and Sausages

10:30-11:30  – Introduction and Speeches

12:30-13:30 – Lunch, Open faced sandwiches

17:30-19:00 – Sit down catered dinner:

Ukrainian Meal – Perogies, cabbage rolls, meatballs, potatoes, chicken and various assorted desserts

22:00 – hot snacks

 

Sunday July 31:

10:30 – 11:00 Continental Breakfast (muffins, cinnamon buns, fruit etc)

13:00-13:45 – Church Service at Victoria All Saints Church/ School Tour

Games, Activities, Entertainment throughout the day

15:30 – 17:00 Late lunch/dinner:
Hamburgers/Hotdogs, baked beans, salads, cake, ice cream

16:30-17:30 – closing speeches, thank you
